Key Responsibilities: Oversee substrate preparation, thin film deposition, and related processes. Innovate new processes, ensure quality control, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Quality to enhance yield and quality data reporting. Represent the thin film department in coordination meetings. Compensation: Competitive salary of $130,000 to $140,000 annually. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering or similar. 7+ years in manufacturing as a Thin Film Engineer. Proficiency in Vacuum Technology and Deposition techniques is a plus.
